The purpose of the WCA is to create an atmosphere of fellowship and provide
education and encouragement to the chaplaincy and their volunteers of Washington State.
The September 2010 WCA meeting for Eastern Washington as been cancelled. The WCA is encouraged to take a family day for rest and refreshing. Originally it was thought the DOC mandatory furlough day was on the scheduled WCA date, however other reasons as well prevented the meeting from occurring. We will resume in the Spring of 2011 with our next meeting.
